~~~Invitation for the Bids for the following Tenders

- Nepal Electricity Authority Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation/Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 11/0.4-0.23 kV Electrical Distribution Network (S. No.1-2) and Supply, Delivery, Installation and Rehabilitation of 11/0.4-0.23 kV Electrical Distribution Network (S.No. 3 to 7) as specified below.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office below. For electronic bidding the website is: http://www.eproc.nea.org.np
- All Bids accompanied by a bid bond (as specified below) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 Noon (local time) on or before the dates specified and at the address given below. The bids shall be opened at CRED, NEA, Balaju, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM (local time) on the last date of bid submission, in the presence (or without presence) of the authorized representatives of the bidders who choose to be present.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
