Invitation for the Bids for the following Tender:
Tender No. Re-EMDD-2073/074-04~ SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMISSIONING OF HSD FIRED DIESEL BOILER PLANT AT ~TANKISINUWARI, MORANG

- The funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract as mentioned above shall be from Nepal Electricity Authority.
- The Nepal Electricity Authority, Engineering Services Directorate, Electro-mechanical Design Division, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HSD Fired Diesel Boiler Plant as per the specification.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office below. For electronic bidding Website is http://eproc.nea.org.np
- A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased from Electro-mechanical Design Division, Engineering Services Directorate, Nepal Electricity Authority, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate &~ accompanied by a bank voucher of the amount (Non-refundable) as specified in the table below toward the cost of bid document, deposited in Nepal Electricity Authority, Engineering Service Directorate Current Account No. 010000041350-524 at Bank of Kathmandu (Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini), Kamaladi Branch.
- All Bids accompanied by a Bid Bond (as specified below) by a Bank voucher of Bank of Kathmandu (Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini) Kamaladi, Kathmandu depository A/C No. 010000041350-524 or bank guarantee from any &lsquo~A&rsquo~ class commercial bank in Nepal, must be delivered in accordance with the instruction to Bidder latest by 12:00 hours (Local Time) on or before the date specified and at the address given below. The Bids shall be opened at the office of Electro-mechanical Design Division, Engineering Services Directorate, NEA, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu at 14:00 hours (local time) on the last date of bid submission, in the the presence (or with out presence) of Bidders'~ representatives who choose to be present.

- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the initial (original) bid submission deadline.
- NEA shall not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by Bidder in connection with the preparation and submission of Bids.
- Mode of Bidding is National Competitive Bidding (NCB)
- NEA reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
