Invitation of Bids for Supply and Delivery of Hardware &~~ Network Components

1. The Distribution and Consumer Services, Directorate, NEA invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: NCB/GSP-073/74-01: Supply and Delivery of Hardware and Network Components
2. The mode of procurement is National Competitive Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office below.
4. The bidders who choose to submit their bid electronically are requested to visit the ~~ e-procurement section of NEA website http://www.eproc.nea.org.np
5. Bidding documents may be purchased on or before July 13, 2017 (during office hours) from the below office by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, ~~ and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nepali Rupees 3,000.00 (in words Three thousand only) in form of bank receipt for fee ~~ deposited in NEA Current Account 1206101/001-001-524  ~~at Nepal Rastra ~~ Bank, Thapathali, Kathmandu. If so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional fee of NRs. 10,000. However, the Purchaser will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.
6. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the below office on or before 12.00 hrs. on July 14, 2017. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders'~~ representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at 14:00 hrs. on July 14, 2017 at the ~~ below office. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 0.15 Million, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. ~~
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
