- Nepal Electricity Authority, Generation Directorate, Medium Operation and Maintenance Department, Sunkoshi Hydropower Station invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Canal protection work at dam site of Sunkoshi HPS and Contract No: SHPS-2074/75-CT-05 under National Competitive Bidding.
- Bidding documents may be purchased during office hours on all working days by any eligible bidders upon submission of a written application, along with a copy of Company /firm registration certificate and accompanied by a bank voucher of the amount (Non-refundable) Nrs 3,000.00 deposited in Sunkoshi Hydropower Station'~s A/C No: 104010001901 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhulikhel, Kavre. The bid document shall be available at the office below.

- Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
- All Bids accompanied by a bid bond (as specified below) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 hours (local time) on or before the dates specified below at Medium Generation Operation and Maintenance Department, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. The bids shall be opened at Medium Generation Operation and Maintenance Department, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu at 14:00 hours (local time) on the last date of bid submission, in the presence (or without presence) of the authorized representatives of the bidders who choose to be present.
- If the last date of date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security shall be reorganized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

- The bidder has to submit all necessary documents, required to establish his technical capability, qualification and eligibility, in accordance with the "~Instruction to Bidders"~ and "~Bidding Data"~ of bid document (to be substantially responsive bidder) in the same single envelop.
- ~NEA shall not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of Bids.
- Mode of Bidding is National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
- NEA reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, partly or wholly, or cancel the bid altogether, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
